Daily emotion #10
Great pose! But mix it with fun, happiness, a wig and it all adds up to a better understanding of human expression.

Daily emotion #8
Double take! Double the power of feelings, double the meaning in their eyes. I can say that even one word could trigger the glow of the frame.

TED talks weekly: The unheard story of David and Goliath
Lately I have started to take an interest in "TED talks" and I found many interesting subjects presented by some good speakers. Now I am not telling you what is about, but instead I will post a video weekly for you to watch. Enjoy!

Looking at yesterdays post about the portraits I decided to share a daily friendly face...so here it goes

Some portraits
At the starting point of my journey in photography I discovered the beauty of portraits. Many say that is easy to just go to a person and scan their upper body. In fact there is more to it. I realized that on the way I am capturing also emotions, feelings and maybe...thoughts...so no, not all pictures of faces come out well.

Roaming around
Another week, another trip.
Everyone has its birthday once a year (except February 29-sorry guys) and at this time a good friend of mine was celebrated.
With excitement in our hearts, the three stooges - Roxana, Paulie and me - packed for a loooooong weekend. Of course the car was full as if we were never coming back to Cluj because we had to transport many ingredients for our "disaster recipe": mini oven to get baked, green/eco ingredients, photo cameras, we the people and of course the most valuable item - Basty's present.
Like every trip to Brasov we had to make a pit stop at Rupea medieval Fortress which of course was closed once again but this time we managed to walk around it. But if you are reading this and want to visit Romania, make this as one of your destination - it is worth it.
Once arrived at Basty the good moments kicked in starting with, of course, the present: a "hippy"helmet designed and created by Paulie and Zolly and the miniature "baked cake".
There are moments in someones life when you can observe the real happiness of a child in a grown up man. It is a feeling which the audience will relate to and brighten up the whole day and this caused that weekend to be under the sign of true friendship and modesty.
To comprehend the feelings I am having, here are some images to go along with the story:
*responsible for the "disaster"are:

Paulie: bikesbabesbooze.blogspot.ro/
Thanks for opening my eyes!
